Paradise Key South Beach, a unique development in Jacksonville Beach, Florida which suffered tremendously during the burst of the housing bubble, was given an opportunity of a lifetime when they were offered to house the HGTV Smart Home 2013. Home sales in Paradise Key South Beach were slow and sales and marketing initiatives were flat. MC PR & Marketing was hired to reconstruct the sales and marketing program for the development months prior to the official announcement from HGTV. MC PR & Marketing designed a new website, created collateral materials, produced a video showcasing the community, homebuilder and surrounding amenities and developed the communities digital marketing and social media content.
MC PR & Marketing developed an impressive public relations campaign during the HGTV Smart Home 2013 that kept local, state and national media engaged during the process. The public relations campaign impressed HGTV executives and they stated that the media day/tour was one of the highest attended in HGTV history.
