Glenn Layton Homes made a quick rise to being recognized as one of the leading custom, costal-style homebuilders across the country after being selected to build the HGTV Smart Home 2013. MC PR & Marketing collaborated with the Glenn Layton Homes team to create a marketing program that utilized their “smart” home technology as part of their branding and marketing campaigns.
One of the marketing elements MC PR & Marketing created was a 2-minute video allowing consumers to live a 24-hour day in a Glenn Layton home featuring Smart Home technology. The video allows homebuyers to see some of the most popular features consumers are asking for in their Glenn Layton home.
