MC PR & Marketing was hired during the initial development stage for this brand new custom home community. Our team was tasked with developing a strong brand presence with logo creation, marketing and advertising campaigns, website design and compelling content for each. Our agency indirectly represented three different homebuilders throughout the project, all with different marketing philosophies. It was our goal to create a brand that portrayed exclusivity and luxury for this high-end waterfront community, while also providing consumers with the breadth of product each builder offered.
The realtor community especially, responded favorably to the marketing materials and digital marketing campaign. The River Story logo that was developed also won 1st place from the Northeast Florida Home Builders Association. In addition, ongoing website analytics continue to reinforce the website’s impressive traffic and additional marketing elements continue to be produced by our team.
